Our recruitment process is dedicated to providing crews with maximum expertise and self-sustainable capability. We hold an extensive database of qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers. We also emphasize that our crewmembers should be able to communicate effectively in English. Our up-to-date computerized database empowered with a search solutions which help us to find the suitable candidates quickly. All candidates are screened, qualifications and experiences verified and cross-checked, furthermore a personal interview has been conducted. In case our Principal wishes to screen selected candidates personally we welcome Principal’s representatives to interview them.
Qualification Skills & Experience Required
Mainly our crew selection is based on the following criteria:
Experience
Valid documents and certificates, according to the candidate position and in accordance regulations.
Medical Fitness- made by a Medical Clinic which has the authority to issue medical fitness certificate for seafarers; before assigning to work, all our candidates are compulsory tested in compliance with medical requirements with drugs and alcohol.
Experience Maritime Cooks
Requirements: cook school certificates and good english
